Terms and Conditions

This is an English translation of the Bulgarian text. If the two differ, the Bulgarian version applies.

1. Who we are

The services under the PhotoPoint brand are provided by Keep Sake Ltd. („Кийп Сейк“ ООД), UIC 207446402, VAT No. BG207446402, correspondence address: 3 Profesor Ivan Shishmanov St, 4017 Plovdiv, Bulgaria, e-mail info@photopoint.bg, telephone +359 88 781 0226 and +359 89 455 5519 (hereinafter “PhotoPoint”).

These terms apply to the rental of photo booths, 360° video booths and related services ordered through photopoint.bg, by e-mail or by telephone. The specific service, the price and the details are set out in the quote and the contract; if anything in them differs from these terms, the contract applies. The sale of equipment and partner packages are governed by a separate contract.

2. Quote and booking

You send a request through the form on the website, by e-mail or by telephone. A request is not a booking – until then, the date remains available.
Within 24 hours you receive a quote with the solution, the hours, the price and the terms. The prices on the website are starting prices and include VAT; the quote states clearly whether the amount is incl. or excl. VAT.
The date is reserved once the contract has been signed and the deposit has been paid.

3. Prices and payment

Deposit: 50% of the final price, against an invoice. Payment of the deposit confirms the booking.
Balance: payable no later than 3 days before the event, unless the contract states otherwise.
An extension of the rental ordered on the day of the event is charged in addition.

4. Cancellation

If you cancel up to 7 days before the event, the deposit is refunded.
If you cancel later, the deposit is not refunded.
Our services are related to leisure activities and are performed on a specific date, so the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply (Article 57, item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act). The rules above apply to cancellation.

5. What the client provides

Space for set-up according to the solution – from 1 × 1 m (LumiPoint with digital photos only, PrintPoint) to 3 × 3 m. The exact space is stated in the quote.
Power – a 220 V socket no more than 10 m from the set-up spot. If there is no power at the venue, this is agreed in advance.
Access to the venue for delivery, set-up and dismantling at the agreed times.
For outdoor events – the ground surface and protection from rain and wind are agreed in advance.
Care of the equipment during the event. Damage caused by the client or the guests is covered by the client in the amount of the cost of repair or replacement.

6. Transport, set-up and dismantling

Transport is included up to 30 km from Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna. For venues further away, the transport price is stated separately in the quote.
We set up the equipment before the event begins – usually up to 1 hour earlier, unless agreed otherwise – and dismantle it after the rental ends.

7. Photos, videos and online gallery

The photos and videos taken at the event belong to the client.
The event’s online gallery is available for 30 days after the event, unless agreed otherwise.
PhotoPoint may use photos and videos from the event for its portfolio (website, social media) only with the client’s express consent.
The personal data of guests in the photos and videos is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the service, write to us within 48 hours after the event at info@photopoint.bg.
If a complaint is justified, within 14 days we offer to remedy the service or to refund part of the amount.
This does not limit consumers’ rights under the Consumer Protection Act. Consumers may also contact the Commission for Consumer Protection (www.kzp.bg).

9. Liability

PhotoPoint is not liable for non-performance caused by force majeure (natural disasters, accidents, decisions of the authorities and other unforeseeable events).
The client is liable for damage to the equipment caused by the client or the client’s guests (section 5).

10. The website

The texts, photos, videos and design of photopoint.bg are the property of PhotoPoint or are used with permission. They may not be copied without written consent.

11. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms. The new version applies from its publication on the website and does not affect contracts already concluded.
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are settled by mutual agreement or, if that is not possible, by the competent Bulgarian court.
